Do you think this is fate?

No matter how hard I try to avoid my ex I always somehow see him..we don't live in the same city, but I run into him more than anyone else and its sucky! Like every time i try and forget him I see him, and I know he still cares by the goo goo eyed look...is it fate? Like are we running into eachother for a reason?
