Should HS Seniors be allowed to recieve a "Cert. of Completion" and participate in Graduation w/o ping TAKS

No. No student should graduate without ping the TAKS test. I'm sorry but that is not a very hard test, and I don't see how a high school graduate can contribute to general society if they cannot even p it.
