Hamlet: How has Polonius' advice to Ophelia potentially made her more unhappy? Act 2 Scene 1.?

I need istance in answering this question, I feel as though I'm missing something. I can't find anything in Act 2 Scene 1 to answer this question. Its based off of that scene too! HELP!
