Can i be refused for my indefinite leave to remain?

i am applying for my indefinite leave to remain in one months time . my wife did not change her correspondence address from her family home as its just down the street.she did not change her title and kept her maiden name for 3/4 of the 2yrs. we have a daughter of 20months and are a family.i dont have up 20 letters or doent spread over the two years of marriage. what are my chances of a successfull application or refusal? thanks in advance
