Converting from network server 2003 to sbs 2003 on a new box?

I am looking for doentation on how to convert a network from on a server running server 2003 to a sbs 2003 on a new computer with out loosing active directory info. I use backup exec to backup the server nightly and ideally would like to keep the name for the new server the same.
