How hard is a Civil, Envrionmental or Agricultural engineering degree?

I know engineering degrees are hard but not all are created equal. In the spectrum on engineering degrees where do these three fall? To give me a point of reference, which is the easiest of all engineering degrees? I'm uming EE or aerospace is considered most difficult.
