I won bears tickets but they are in the 436 section 40 yard line. ?

As stupid as this sounds are they bad seats to need binoculars or not as bad as if you were at Cellular field for a sox game way up there? I have never been to a bears game and just would like to know if you have been to soldier field what expect and parking situations to. Please help this is my first RODEO there! Thank you in advance
