My boyfriend broke his promise (please read)?

Ok well a good while ago like a good few months ago my boyfriebd wanted to take a break and i was devistated i couldnt stop crying i wasnt my self and i was sooo sad and then a week later or so we got back together and he said to me i promise i wont do this to you again i regret it i promise baby so i said fine.. Now because hes been feeling like this again he is thinking of doing it again and i told him he will be breaking his promise and he said i wont do it again i promise and i said you said that last time abd im sick of him doing this i love him alot but im going threw so much between my parents studying for my junior cert and doing projects and having a teacher give out to abd trying to find my exam papers which i cant find and trying to get my grades up im so stressed and i told him this but he said ita my feelings i cant help it but ill get back with you what do i do or say to him to try get him to change his mind not to do this again
