Weird bumps on my thighs...?

I'm a guy with extremely hairy legs. Anyways about a week ago I tried the 'Nair' product. It worked great and my legs were hairless for 2 days, but then they started itching extremely bad. I'm guessing because the hairs were very small and rubbing up against my pants or whatever. But anyways it's been a few days and now there are red bumps on the front of my thighs... not a lot just some... and they are each on a spot where a hair follicle is from. Should I be concerned, or is this just because of the nair? Either way I don't think I will be using it again...
