Penndot has plowed my road closed, Nobody on my street can get in or out. What can I do?

We live on a street that is fairly small, It's off a main street in the township. They plow the main street but not our road, There is only one house on this road, But 3 people live here as it is an apartment building. Nobody here can get in or out, When they plow the main road it closes off our road on both sides with an 8 foot wall of snow. What can I do?
