Speed camera chief caught doing 102mph?

If he is paying the legally prescribed price, i don't see a ethical problem. The laws are the same for everyone. If he had gotten out of the ticket or had the ticket thrown out of court, i would say that he definitely misused power. But even policemen speed some times and when they get caught they should pay the fine, etc... They should be held to the law JUST like everyone else. No more no less.
